UK Contemporary Jewellery is the business of Colette Hazelwood Contemporary Jewellery (the company), Studio 4, Manchester Craft & Design Centre, 17 Oak St, Northern Quarter, Manchester M4 5JD, England
All goods remain the property of UK Contemporary Jewellery until full and final payment has been received. Payments by cheque which do not clear because of insufficient funds will be vigorously pursued. The company is not responsible for any cash the purchaser sends which is lost in the post.

When paying with Paypal, if a refund is issued from UK Contemporary Jewellery within 60 days of original purchase then no Paypal fees will be incurred, if a refund is issued after 60 days of origianl purchase then the Paypal fees are payable by the customer.

All goods on this site are priced in BRITISH POUNDS STERLING . All prices are subject to change. The price listed is including VAT and shipping costs in the EU
The goods for sale are described as accurately as possible with images, weights and measurements where applicable. The goods are not photographed the actual size.
On orders outside EU, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the purchaser.
Delivery times are between 4– 21 days unless otherwise agreed at the time of ordering.
If delivery is delayed by ‘acts of god’ or circumstances beyond the company's'’ control, a reasonable extension is expected by the purchaser.
The purchaser has 7 days to reject the goods in which case the company will pay the return postage. This applies to purchasers in the EU only. Purchasers outside the EU will be responsible for paying the cost of posting back to the company. Refunds will be given within 30 days of receiving the unwanted goods; this applies to purchasers in the EU only.
Goods that arrived damaged must be reported in writing within 7 days, prior to return to the company.
Cancellations must be given by email or phone within 7 days of receipt of goods and the goods must be returned in their original condition within a further 7 days after. Where the goods are not returned in their original condition, then the company reserves the right to charge the customer proportionately for any damage or fault.
This web site respects your privacy & complies with the Data Protection Act and your details will not be given to any 3rd party’s.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and the customer and the company shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
